Jorongo de Greca Enganchada muy lucida y aparentamente sencilla, pero que no sabe tejer cualquier obrajero. Se llama de 3 Golpes porque son los que se dan en cada pasada de la lanzadera del telar. Se teje en Lana Merina teñida en Negro y en Rojo con barbas torcidas y también en Lana Criolla Tradicional. Esta medida Especial es de 1.30 x 2 metros con 30 cm de barbas Rojas. También se puede tejer en colores sobre pedido. La medida Estandard de 1x2 son los que están marcados como “GABANES”

The Jorongo de Greca Enganchada is hand woven in an elegant pattern that is apparently simple, but known only to the best weavers. The “3 golpes” or beats are those used when beating to tighten the weft after each pass of the shuttle. Woven in either hand dyed Merino Wool in Black and Red with hand twisted fringes or in Traditional Criollo Wool . The Jorongo special size is 51” wide by 79” long with 12” of hand twisted Red fringes. We also combine other colors to order. For the Standard 38”x79” size; please see all those marked “GABANES”.
